Frequently Asked Questions
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
As of right now the wedding starts promptly at 4:30pm on the 15th. We will have an updated agenda closer to the time.
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal/formal: Cocktail/long dresses, suits and ties, etc.
How do I get to the wedding venue?
You will need to make your own way to the venue. I recommend either driving, carpooling, or sharing an uber. I would consider booking in advance if possible.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes
On-site accommodation cancellation policy
If you cancel within 2 weeks of the wedding you will be charged 50% of the booking. Please communicate with us if your plans to come change as this has a big impact on cabins and events we have arranged. Thank you!
Can I bring a plus one?
We would have loved to have been able to give anyone who wanted it a plus-one but this venue is very unique and we can’t accommodate this. As such, unless the person’s name is specified on your save the date and/or invitation we aren’t able to accommodate then. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you understand!
Can I bring my kids?
This will be an adult-only wedding. We are more than happy to support finding solutions that allow you to still join us. Thank you for your understanding.
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?
On the RSVP forms, we ask you to specify your restrictions so we can accommodate you. If you don’t let us know there then we’ll have no way to ensure you’re taken care of.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
We will be doing an unplugged ceremony so we won’t be allowing photos during the ceremony but once that’s done, you can snap all the pics you want! Also, please share them with us!
